Dr. Casey offers telehealth appointments to patients physically located in Idaho and Washington, where she holds medical licensure and is able to diagnose, prescribe, order laboratory testing, and provide medical treatment. For individuals located outside of these states, Dr. Casey offers educational consultations. These sessions are intended to review your history, prior workup, and treatment to date, and to provide evidence-based educational information regarding your condition. Educational consultations do not include medical diagnosis, prescribing, or treatment and do not establish a physician–patient relationship for medical care.

All new patients are required to schedule a 90-minute comprehensive intake. This visit allows adequate time to establish a thorough understanding of your health history and create a strong foundation for care. A $150 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of scheduling to reserve your appointment. This deposit is applied toward your visit fee.

Established patients are those who have seen Dr. Casey since Fall 2024. If you have not had an appointment within the past sixteen months, you will be considered a new patient and will need to schedule a comprehensive intake to re-establish care. If this is your first time using the online scheduling system, please select your desired visit length and mark yourself as a “new patient” to ensure proper setup in the health records system. All required paperwork must be completed through the Charm patient portal at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.

All appointments are submitted as requests and will be confirmed within 24 business hours. Any new patient paperwork is required to be reviewed and completed before your appointment through the online patient portal. Once scheduled using the calendar below, you will receive instructions via email to complete portal registration and required forms.

Please note that the online scheduler lists Dr. Casey under her legal and prescribing name, Dr. Cassandra Carr. This is the same provider.

Prices and visit durations are as follows:

• 90-minute comprehensive new patient visit: $350

• 60-minute comprehensive follow-up: $225

• 45-minute standard follow-up: $200

• 30-minute abbreviated follow-up: $150

• 15-minute focused follow-up: $85
