Primary care in n. Idaho

As a primary care physician in Idaho, Dr. Casey serves as an entry point into the healthcare system for all ages, genders and conditions. She has been trained to diagnose, treat and prevent a wide variety of diseases. She loves the dynamic nature of the opportunity to treat any body and condition that may come through her door.

Biofeedback

Dr. Casey has undergone additional training in biofeedback and mind-body-medicine to better be able to assist patients in management of anxiety, panic, vagal nerve stimulation, improvement of heart rate variability (HRV) and increasing overall resiliency to stress. Bundle Biofeedback sessions are available for ongoing care for those who are not insured.

Plants have always been a love of Dr. Casey’s. When working as a guide, her main interest was identifying and explaining medical and traditional uses of native plants. “Plants are powerful,” she is known to say, and utilizes personalized formulas based on patient needs and constitution. This is truly individualized medicine.

From preconception care for both men and women to pap smears, cervical exams and training in pelvic floor physical therapy, Dr. Casey enjoys support every aspect of her patient’s reproductive health.

I love physical medicine, osteopathic manipulation and hydrotherapy for pain-related complaints. For many conditions I will also frequently turn to less understood and more subtle modalities of homeopathy, Bach flower essences and counseling depending on patient presentation and preference.

  • Yes, I do see patients of all ages. While I have not been trained as a pediatrician, I do have the ability to serve as your child’s primary care provider for basic check-ups and milestone exams.

  • Yes, basic lab work either through LabCorp or Boston Heart is available. Specialized GI, heavy metal, hormone, adrenal and mycotoxin testing is also available.
