BODY. Increasing Nitric Oxide In 4-Minutes with dr. zach bush

I like the way Dr. Zach Bush thinks about some things, like the connection between environmental and soil health interconnected with human health. This 4-minute exercise series I have taken to doing this in-between seeing patients or during a lunch break. I have even taught it to a few patients who have desk jobs and are feeling lethargic. Sometimes we need to create our own internal fire to feel an increase in energy.

This quick movement exercise is aimed at increasing nitric oxide in the body, which is a potent vasodilator (great for those suffering from high blood pressure) and redox molecule (acts as an anti-oxidant).
